Every year, Hands of Hope™ brings joy and comfort to sick children during the holidays. We work with other groups to collect and give gifts and resources to kids spending Christmas in the hospital. These children face an incredibly difficult and isolating experience, but we’re committed to bringing a little extra love and cheer to brighten their day.
It’s heartbreaking to know that hospitals don’t have enough funding to support children’s mental health during their stay. That’s why we’re determined to fill this gap and ensure that every child has access to the care and resources they need to heal.
Our Christmas Toy Drop project has been running for 5 years, and it’s been a huge success, bringing smiles to the faces of young patients and their families, as well as the hospital staff. The items we give are no longer just toys; they are a source of comfort and a way to improve a child’s emotional well-being during a difficult time.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of these children, and we won’t stop until every child in the hospital feels the love and support they deserve.
